Andy

Andy is a 18 mos old Shih tzu. He is very playful and friendly. Andy was actually scheduled to be euthanized when he was rescued by our shelter. He is so cheerful and ready for his forever home.

Update: Scruffy has been adopted by our 911 Director Brin Jones, after fostering him for the weekend, his wife would not let Brin take Scruffy back to the shelter. His name is now Andy.
